Myself (and many others) use old fender amps as a clean platform for various overdrive pedals and it does not disappoint when used in this way. If you are unfamiliar, these are two channel amplifiers but there is no footswitch to switch channels, you would need to use an ABY box to change channels. Footswitch included to turn the tremolo on/off. Nice big clean classic fender tones, and a pleasing overdrive if you have the opportunity to turn it up to the point of breakup.Īmp has two channels, Volume/Treble/Bass controls for each and a tremolo circuit in the "Vibrato" channel with speed and intensity controls. With that said, I have just had this amp looked over/serviced by Daves Guitars of La Crosse and it and sound beautiful. It looks to have been modded at one point, with some holes drilled on the back of the chassis labelled "aux in / aux out" but those connections have been all removed, amplifier looks to be restored back to standard specs.
